The firm was founded in 1975.  What began as a two-man law firm, evolved into a full service practice with 15 lawyers doing everything from litigation and real estate to wills.

In 1990, we decided to focus on civil litigation, and those lawyers among us who did not want to cover that type of work went elsewhere to practise their specialty.  The number of lawyers dropped from 15 to 7, and the primary focus shifted to the development of a full-scale litigation practice.

In 1998, we developed the Damn Fine Litigators promotional program that emphasized alternate dispute resolution of civil disputes.  This highly effective and successful campaign addressed the problems associated with civil trials.

In 2008, Foster, Townsend, Graham & Associates continues to grow and at this point has 16 civil litigation lawyers.  Several of us have acted as mediators or arbitrators in civil matters.  Some of us have lectured at the University of Western Ontario, King's College, Fanshawe College of Applied Arts & Technology, and the Bar Admission Program at the Law Society of Upper Canada.

We are committed to the future.  Our firm is equipped with the very best that modern technology offers.  We insist on being at the cutting edge of progress in order to service our clients promptly, efficiently and cost effectively.

Most importantly, we remain dedicated to our clients and their needs in this ever-increasing environment of change and conflict.
