Professional Malpractice

You may have hired someone to design your home, do your plumbing, plan your estate, organize your insurance or safety your vehicle.  You relied upon the professional practice of this person, and paid him or her well for the service.  If that person's actions fall below the accepted standard of care in providing you with that service, he or she will be liable for all related damages flowing from the failure.  It may be necessary for us to retain an expert in that particular field to assist in addressing the question, but we can help give you the piece of mind in knowing whether the job was done right and whether the person responsible is in fact accountable.
